What Does it Apply To?
Our return policy applies only to non perishable goods and operational electronics such as the Knives and the PTG D.E.K.K..
If something is broken, your best course of action is to contact the manufacturer directly.
You may return/refund the item no later than 45 Days after purchase.
How to make a return?
Send an email to support@phoenixthrivers.com with “Return” in the Subject.
Mail the item back to the mailing address provided from the support email.
Send the original packaging and any and all provided material (manuals, warranty cards, wires, etc) with the item.
Once the item is received, we will refund your money and send you a confirmation email.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged to similar other items if desired. Any cost increase/decrease will be either billed or returned to the customer.
Return cost
Return shipping costs are to be incurred by the purchaser.
Exchange shipping replacement cost is incurred by the purchaser.
Items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This excludes exchanges if they are returned with the original packaging intact.
